1. According to the assumptions, the main beneficiaries of the project are students of Kalnėnai progymnasium at the age of 12-14. 2. Students from grades V to VIII will participate in the project tasks planned to be implemented during the school year. 3. A group of about 20 students (the so-called target group) will be gathered to participate in extracurricular activities . 4. In the first stage of the project, a list of students willing to participate in the project will be created . If the number of students willing exceeds 20 people, the teachers involved in the project will qualify people taking into account:English grade from the previous year; assessment of art, artistic activities from the previous year; attitude to learning and school duties; behavior and personal culture; high social activity. 6. The program will bring together all students willing to engage in the project in a special way, but with basic English skills, artistic skills, construction and design skills (objects, clothes, the ability to use artistic forms). 7. A student who wishes to join must submit it to the project coordinator (Olga Pilckienė). The following documents: a) STATEMENT of parents on the consent to the child's participation in the project of the Lifelong Learning Program - Comenius and the processing of his personal data b) STATEMENT of the child's parents accepting the student from the partner schoolc) DECLARATION by the parents (legal guardians) regarding the child's departure abroad under the program
RULES OF RECRUITMENT - FOREIGN TRIPS 1. The basic criterion for classifying a student to go to a meeting with partner schools is the readiness to accept a student from one of the partner schools for a period of 6 days and to provide him with accommodation and meals. 2. The parents of the student confirm their readiness to accept a student from one of the partner schools on a special document. 3. The selection of countries for student exchange will be random. This means that neither the parents nor the students can decide on the choice of the country where the child will go, as well as the country from which the student will be hosted. 4. The selection of countries for departure and hosting will be made by a project committee composed of the Headmistress, the project coordinator and one of the teachers involved in the project. 5. Students willing to travel should have an identity card or passport in the case of partner countries not belonging to the European Union. 6. A student will be qualified for departure after providing the project coordinator with a written consent of the parent to go to the partner country. 7. Parents are required to provide an information card about the student before the student's departure to the partner country, no later than 2 weeks before the planned departure. 8. Before each departure to the partner country, a meeting with the parents of the mobility students will be organized to provide information about the departure (stating the date of departure and arrival, plan of the visit to the partner country, providing the address of destination, address and contact telephone number to host school, contact details and phone numbers of the host family, contact with teachers leaving students). 9. In the case of resignation from a trip of a student qualified for this trip, the costs resulting from this resignation (change of the name on the flight ticket, cancellation of the reservation, etc.) are borne by the parents / legal guardians of the student. 10. Any issues not included in the regulations will be resolved by the project coordinator. RULES OF RECRUITMENT - DOMESTIC TRIP 1. Criteria taken into account when recruiting students to participate in domestic mobility planned according to the project: The degree of involvement in the performance of project tasks; High attendance at meetings of interest groups, clubs and other extracurricular activities; Communicative level of knowledge of the English language; Success in design contests; Knowledge of partner countries; Personal culture. VII. RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN TRIP 1. In order for the student to take part in the trip, the consent of the parents or legal guardians in writing is required. 2. The student is obliged to provide a complete set of documents (parental consent, information card, etc.) within the time limit specified by the coordinator and to confirm in writing that he has read the excursion regulations. 3. Proper preparation for the trip concerns each participating student; it is related to the issue of collecting a complete set of documents, appropriate clothing, shoes, etc. 4. The participants of the trip are obliged to strictly follow the instructions of the project coordinator and guardians. 5. Each participant is strictly prohibited: It is forbidden to leave the group by yourself. It is forbidden to consume alcoholic beverages and psychoactive substances in any form. No smoking. 6. Participants of the trips are obliged to observe the curfew in the place where the accommodation is intended. 7. The participants of the trip adapt to the agreed program and time schedule of the day. 8. The participants of the trip comply with health and safety regulations, fire regulations, traffic code, etc.9. It is the responsibility of each participant of the trip to behave in a cultural way and to care for the good name of the school and the country. Participants do not violate the dignity of participants representing a different culture, religion or beliefs. 10. In the event of breaking the above rules, the student will be excluded from further participation in the project, his / her behavior grade will be lowered and penalties provided for in the school's statute will be applied. 11. If a trip participant causes damage, the parents / legal guardians are financially responsible. 12. The participants of the trip are subject to the rules of excursions in force in Kalnėnai progymnasium of Mažeikiai from the collection before departure until the end of the trip by the coordinator. 3. Students participating in the trip are obliged to make up for the backlog of subjects immediately after their return.
